Ingredients: 91% micronized creatine monohydrate, citric acid – acidity regulator, aromas, 0,9% sodium bicarbonate; acesulfam k, sucralose – sweeteners, 0,5% sodium citrate, colours: carmine (for fruit punch flavour), riboflavin, beta-carotene (for orange flavour), riboflavin (for lemon flavour), silicon dioxide – anti-caking agent, 0,04% cholecalciferol – vit. D, 0,015% pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. B6.

Recommended use:  1 portion daily before physical effort . Ad 1 portion (3,75 g powder – 3/4 flat tablespoon) to 70 ml of water. An increase of weight may happen.
